Active Contract Hire can supply any make or model of passenger car, or light commercial vehicle, currently available in the UK on either business (BCH), or where available or applicable personal contract hire (PCH). The prices as advertised are the total price you will pay unless otherwise stated and includes delivery free of charge to any address in mainland UK. Alternatively, we can arrange for a transported delivery (at additional cost) or the opportunity for you to collect your new vehicle from our supplying dealership.
Prior to final delivery confirmation we will require receipt of all the relevant contract documentation and cleared funds. All documentation must be in place with our chosen funding partner at least 7 days prior to the provisionally agreed delivery date and Active Contract Hire must receive authorisation from them prior to confirming a final delivery date with you the customer. Please be advised that the originals of any proofs of identity that we will require (copies not acceptable) will be returned to you via Royal Mail recorded delivery, or should you prefer in person by our delivery driver when your vehicle is delivered.

Please be aware that Contract Hire is non ownership product and you are as the name suggests simply funding the long term hire of the vehicle subject to pre determined contract details. You do not pay a deposit and the advance rentals required under the terms of the contract are also subject to VAT at the standard rate @ 17.5%. Please be aware that we may require an additional amount to be paid as a Non Refundable Deposit should you wish to order an unusual specification, or colour combination. Should this be the case we will advise you accordingly. We will also require written authorisation from our funding partner and cleared funds prior to confirming final delivery arrangements. |
